Delivery:

Free same-day delivery within the Portland Metro area. No minimum order required. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic or demand.

Refund & Return Policy

Olad Express LLC accepts returns only for damaged or defective products. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at 971-266-0999 or oladexpressllc@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, cleaning chemicals, gloves, paper products, and any opened items cannot be returned if they are not damaged or defective.

Payment Disputes:

If payment was made online, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If payment was made upon delivery, refunds will be issued via cash or card reversal, depending on the original payment method.
