1. Do you sell to residential customers?

Yes. We serve both residential and commercial customers. Whether you need cleaning supplies for a home, office, restaurant, or cleaning business, we provide fast delivery throughout the Portland Metro area.

2. What areas do you serve?

We deliver throughout the Portland Metro area, including Portland, Beaverton, Gresham, Tigard, Hillsboro, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Lake Oswego, Happy Valley, Troutdale, Oregon City, Wood Village, and Vancouver, WA.
Additional nearby areas may be available depending on order size and location.

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order online, by phone, or by text at 971-266-0999. Once received, we will confirm your order and arrange delivery.

4. Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We offer free same-day delivery within our service area when available. No minimum order required.

5. How fast can I get my order?

We deliver until 8:30 PM daily.

Same-day delivery order deadlines:
- Businesses closing at 8:30 PM: order at least 3 hours before closing
- Businesses open past 8:30 PM: order by 6:00 PM
- Residential customers: order by 6:00 PM

Orders placed after these deadlines will be delivered the next business day.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
- Online card payments
- Cash upon delivery
- Tap to Pay (credit/debit cards and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay)

7. Can I return items?

Yes. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unused, unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund. Contact us to schedule a return pickup.

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:
- Cleaning chemicals
- Gloves
- Paper products
- Opened items
- Used items

8. Do you have a physical store?

No. OLAD EXPRESS LLC is a delivery-only business and does not operate a public storefront. All orders are delivered directly to customers.

9. Are you planning to open a physical store?

We are currently a delivery-only business. If we open a physical store in the future, we will announce it on our website and social media.

10. Are you hiring?

We are not hiring at this time. Any future openings will be posted on our Careers page.

11. Do I need an account to order?

No account is required. You can place orders by phone, text, or directly through checkout.
