Free Local Delivery — Portland Metro Area

OLAD EXPRESS LLC proudly offers free local delivery throughout our Portland Metro service area, with no minimum order required.

Residential and commercial customers are welcome.
Same-day delivery is available whenever possible.
Local delivery is available 7 days a week.
Local orders may be delivered directly by OLAD EXPRESS LLC.

Free local delivery applies to addresses within our Portland Metro service area. Additional nearby locations may be available depending on the specific address and delivery availability.

Delivery Hours

Local Delivery Hours: 7 days per week, until 8:30 PM

Call & Text Customer Support Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Sunday

Messages received outside customer support hours will be returned as soon as reasonably possible during the next available support period.

Same-Day Delivery Deadlines

We offer same-day local delivery whenever possible. To help us provide timely service, the following deadlines generally apply:

Businesses closing by 8:30 PM: Orders should be placed at least 3 hours before closing.
Businesses open after 8:30 PM: Orders should generally be placed by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery.
Residential customers: Orders should generally be placed by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery.

Orders received after the applicable deadline may be scheduled for the following business day or the next available delivery time.

Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, delivery capacity, traffic, weather, road conditions, and other operational factors.

Delivery Time Estimates

We strive to complete most local deliveries within approximately 5 hours whenever possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by:

Traffic conditions
Severe weather
Road closures
High order volume
Supplier delays
Product availability
Vehicle or mechanical issues
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping Outside the Portland Metro Area

For eligible orders outside our Portland Metro service area, UPS and USPS may handle the shipment and delivery.

Free local delivery does not apply to orders shipped outside our local service area.
Shipping charges may apply.
Shipping costs may depend on the destination, package weight, dimensions, number of packages, shipping service, and carrier rates.
Available shipping options may vary depending on the product and destination.
Customers may be offered UPS or USPS shipping options when available.

OLAD EXPRESS LLC may select an appropriate shipping carrier and service based on the order, product, destination, and available shipping options.

Nationwide Shipping

OLAD EXPRESS LLC offers shipping for eligible products to customers throughout the United States, including all 50 states.

Certain cleaning chemicals, liquids, hazardous materials, oversized products, restricted items, or other products may be subject to carrier restrictions or special shipping requirements. Not every product is eligible for every shipping method or destination.

If a product cannot be shipped to a particular destination, we will notify the customer when reasonably possible.

Ordering & Delivery Process

Step 2 — Order Confirmation
We review the order and confirm product availability and the applicable delivery or shipping method.

Step 3 — Order Preparation
Products are gathered, inspected, packaged, and prepared for local delivery or carrier shipment.

Step 4 — Delivery or Shipping

Local Portland Metro orders may be delivered directly by OLAD EXPRESS LLC.
Orders outside our local service area may be shipped through UPS or USPS.

Step 5 — Payment
Available payment methods may include:

Online credit or debit card payment
Cash upon local delivery
Tap to Pay upon local delivery

Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery or shipment, customers are responsible for providing:

An accurate and complete delivery or shipping address
Apartment, suite, unit, building, or gate information when applicable
A valid phone number
Any necessary delivery instructions
A safe and reasonably accessible delivery location

OLAD EXPRESS LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

Missed Local Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, OLAD EXPRESS LLC may attempt to contact the customer using the phone number provided.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order or additional delivery charges where permitted.

Order Tracking

Local Deliveries

We do not currently offer automated tracking for local deliveries. Customers may contact us during customer support hours at 971-266-0999 for delivery status updates.

For orders shipped through UPS or USPS, applicable tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier tracking and delivery updates are subject to the carrier’s systems and procedures.

Delivery Problems

If you experience any issue with your order or delivery, including missing items, incorrect products, damaged products, or other delivery concerns, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Limitation of Delivery Liability

OLAD EXPRESS LLC is not responsible for delivery or shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Where permitted by applicable law, OLAD EXPRESS LLC’s liability relating to an affected delivery or order shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
