This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our service areas, delivery timelines, customer responsibilities, and other important information regarding deliveries.

Free Local Delivery

OLAD EXPRESS LLC proudly offers free local delivery throughout our service area.

  • No minimum order required
  • Residential and commercial customers welcome
  • Same-day delivery available whenever possible
  • Seven days a week service

While we strive to fulfill same-day requests, delivery availability may vary based on order volume, product availability, weather conditions, and other operational factors.

Delivery Hours

We deliver 7 days per week until 8:30 PM. Business communication hours for phone calls and text messages are 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Messages received outside business hours will be returned as soon as possible during the next business day or during normal operating hours.

Same-Day Delivery Deadlines

To help us provide timely service, the following deadlines apply for same-day delivery requests: For Businesses Closing by 8:30 PM, orders must be placed at least 3 hours before the business closes. For Businesses Open After 8:30 PM and Residential Deliveries, orders must be placed by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders received after applicable deadlines may be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.

Delivery Time Estimates

We strive to complete most deliveries within approximately 5 hours whenever possible. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • High order volume
  • Supplier delays
  • Product availability
  • Vehicle issues
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Ordering & Delivery Process

Step 1: Place Your Order (Online, phone, or text message). Step 2: Order Confirmation (We review order and confirm availability). Step 3: Order Preparation (Gathered and packaged). Step 4: Delivery (Home, office, or site). Step 5: Payment (Credit/debit online, cash, or tap to pay upon delivery).

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address (including apartment/unit/gate info), a valid phone number, and an accessible/safe delivery location. OLAD EXPRESS LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Missed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, we may attempt to contact the customer using the provided phone number. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, additional delivery arrangements may be required. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order or additional delivery charges where permitted.

Order Tracking

We do not currently offer automated shipment tracking. Customers may contact us at any time during business hours for delivery status updates at 971-266-0999 (Phone/Text).

Delivery Problems

If you experience any issue with your order (missing items, incorrect products, damaged items, or delivery concerns), please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter promptly. For damaged or incorrect items, please review our Returns & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Delivery Liability

OLAD EXPRESS LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, natural disasters, or supplier shortages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
