3. ORDERING & PAYMENTS
- Accepted payment methods:
- Online card payments
- Cash upon delivery
- Tap to Pay upon delivery
- Payment must be completed at or before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. DELIVERY POLICY
- We deliver until 8:30 PM daily.
- Same-day delivery order deadlines: Businesses that close by 8:30 PM: Orders must be placed at least 3 hours before closing time.
- Businesses open past 8:30 PM (until midnight): Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery.
- Homes and residences: Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after these deadlines will be delivered the next business day.
- Additional delivery information:
- Free same-day delivery within the Portland Metro area whenever available
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or high demand
- Some areas or large orders may require additional delivery time
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability may change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering:
- We will contact the customer for replacement options
- We may issue a refund for unavailable items
- We may adjust the order with customer approval
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after review.
Change of Mind
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unused, unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund. Contact us to schedule a return pickup.
