Returns for Unused and Unopened Items

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and unopened.

Returned products must be received in their original condition and packaging.
Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Disinfectants and sanitizers
  • Hand soaps and liquid products
  • Gloves
  • Paper towels
  • Toilet paper
  • Tissue products

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Authorization

Unauthorized returns may experience delays or may not qualify for a refund.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order that was correctly fulfilled and delivered as agreed, additional fees may apply.

Product Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, OLAD EXPRESS LLC may:

Limitation of Refunds
